1964 Barracuda Ads |
|||||
Introduced 2 weeks before the Mustang, the Barracuda, suffered because it was much more a fastback Valiant than the Mustang was a sporty Falcon. Regardless, it was sporty and cool looking and it sold reasonably well, even though it lacked a coupe and convertible - and a true hi performance chassis and hopped up V8. 23,443 Baracudas were sold in 1964.
