The 1968 Chevy II Nova was a complete redesign. This was a longer, wider, heavier body that featured a basic chassis borrowed from the Camaro line. Along with the Camaro front sub-frame came a complete selection of big-block powerplants. The '68 Nova was the first Chevrolet offered with a choice of engines from the 90 h.p. 4-cylinder up to the 375 h.p. 396 V8.
