1968 Mercury Large Car Ads

Mercury was hitting their marks - established in 1965, when they moved upscale - away from Pontiac and toward Olds and Buick. Sales were not skyrocketing, but they were holding steady in the mid-350K range.

For 1968, the new Body style was swoopy and chic. Sales jumped a bit as a result. Total for the 123" wheelbase large car was a solid 96,133.
