1953 Studebaker Ads

The all new styling by Raymond Lowey was a knockout on the coupes—and, OK, on the 4-door sedans as well. Surprisingly, the public did not react with the expected ardor, but with tepid acceptance.

Total Studebaker sales actually dropped from 186,239 to 169.559.
