1947 Packard Ads |
|||||
1947 was basically a "continuation model" of 1946, offered while Packard retooled for its new and upcoming 1948 models. As such, Packard slipped into the 16th spot on auto industry sales for 1947. These sales rankings were based upon model year deliveries not calendar Year production, and only 51,086 cars were produced. The actual calendar year production total was a solid 81,879.
