1969 Dodge Large Car Ads

Dodge large car production grew slightly in 1969, up from 115,500 in 1968 to 117,152. Much like production, changes were also slight. Dodge was comfortable with the sales of the car and took no chances in bold styling or odd-ball models.

As before, Monaco was the top of the line car and Polara was the lower-priced  large wheelbase offering.  For the first time there was an upscale, Monaco-badged wagon - ostesibly to compete with the high-end offerings from Mercury and Pontiac.
